What we collect
- Form submissions. What you enter in our lead and contact forms (name, email, phone if provided, and details about your move) is sent to us by email so a person can respond. It is not stored in a website database.
- Analytics. Google Analytics, in aggregate, to see which guides help people. Not used to identify individuals.
- Server logs. Standard access logs (IP, page, browser) for security, rotated automatically.
Who sees your information
Form submissions are shared with Cindy DePaola / NextHome Providence so she can respond to your request. If your destination is outside North or South Carolina and you want an introduction, your information is shared with the licensed partner agent we connect you with — that’s the entire point of the form, and it’s the only sharing we do. We never sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don’t send marketing email you didn’t ask for.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. Because submissions live only in email, deletion is simple and honored on request.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date.
